The GEMZ series of stereo microscopes are configured for those who must work to the most demanding standards of the precious mineral industry.
The systems are configured with continuous zoom optics (7X to 45X mag w/10X eyepieces or 14X to 90X w/20X eyepieces), 30Watt tungsten darkfield illuminator, fluorescent incident illuminator, near-vertical illuminator (GEMZ-8TR only), tilting stand, and gem clamp. Perfect for jewelry manufacturing and repair, diamond grading and sorting.
These instruments are available with a binocular body for general viewing and inspection as well as a trinocular head (GEMZ-5TR/8TR) allowing attachment of a digital camera for documentation.
